Our goal is to ensure your Plant arrives safe and healthy. Please ensure to select the proper delivery route or pick up option for your area. Any errors to delivery route or pick up options may result in your order being moved to the next available route or pick up option.

Payment
We accept E-transfer and Credit Card. If you would like to pay via E-transfer please email info@yycplantdelivery.com with your order number. If choosing to pay by E-Transfer, you must submit it right after order is placed. If an E-Transfer is NOT received within 30 minutes of your placed order, we will not fulfill your order.

Pick Up Option
You can select to Pick Up at one of our locations that works for you at checkout. Please wait for our email confirmation before contacting us. You will receive a notification email confirmation within 24-48hrs with pickup information.
Delivery Option
For more information on specific delivery routes, cutoff times and restrictions, please click here. For all pick up locations and times, please click here. We do not offer delivery for rural areas and your order will be cancelled/refunded. For suite, apartment or condos deliveries please ensure to add your unit # in the delivery address details under add a note section. *Any special instructions, please add a note at checkout.

Our Services and Workshops
In order to participate in a YYC Plant Delivery Workshop (including all public and private events, hereafter referred to as a “Workshop”), your Host(s) require(s) you to accept this Guest Release and Waiver, which is effective between you and your Host(s) as of the date when you first book or participate in a Workshop, whichever happens first.
